Please Note - The Exhibit Space Reservation Process

has changed for 2008 ! Please read carefully

before submitting your Reservation. 

·       All attendees received the 2008 Exhibit Space Reservation in their registration portfolio.

§       Linked below you will find the Exhibit Space Reservation Form, floor plan, and credit card form for the 2008 SAFE Symposium.

§       Reservations will be accepted by FAX, U.S. mail, as an e-mail attachment, Federal Express, UPS, or other carrier of your choice so long as the paperwork required is complete. They can also be sent to SAFE by any of the aforementioned methods of transport.

§       Reservations will be handled in the order in which they are received regardless of their method of transport. If the booth(s) are already reserved, SAFE will contact you regarding another choice.

§       No exhibit reservations can be held without a $100.00 per-booth deposit. Reservations received without deposit information will be held until the deposit is received and no booth assignment will be made.

§       Please do not make all four selections within the same area. Spaces near the entrance and refreshment area always go first so plan accordingly. All booths are 10 x 10.

The exhibit fee includes: three (3) complimentary registrations per booth, 24-hour security, draping, booth identification sign, cleaning, and four (4) complimentary guest registrations per exhibitor (not per booth) each day of the symposium. These passes are for visiting customers of the exhibitor; not spouses, friends, employees or consultants or anyone else employed by that exhibitor.
