INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE 48TH ANNUAL SAFE SYMPOSIUM Greetings Everyone, SAFE Corporate Sustaining Member and Exhibitor, Mustang Survival Inc., will be coordinating a multi-vendor water demonstration of safety equipment at this year’s symposium and this is your invitation to participate. The date and time for this year’s event is Tuesday, November 9th from 2:00 – 4:00 PM. Location: Royal Palm Tower Pool (Tiki Pavilion). All symposium attendees are welcome to view this demonstration. Most of you are familiar with the tradition of pool demonstrations utilizing your company’s equipment. For those of you who are not familiar, a brief explanation: We will present a non-biased introduction of your presenter, followed by the demonstration. Each demonstration will be limited to ten (10) minutes including introduction of the company, product(s) and product demonstrator(s). More than one product is allowed so long as it is within the ten (10) minute time frame. Each company can sign up for more than one session but these may not be sequential. This is a wonderful opportunity to get your products noticed with the end-group users present. Even if you do not have an "over-water" specific product but would like to show how your product operates in a wet or underwater condition, please feel free to join in. One note that we would like to make clear: If you are planning on using a person in the pool to demo your product, you are responsible for providing that person! There will be highly trained Safety Swimmers in the water at all times. What we need from you: Please let us know if you plan on demonstrating at the pool. If you are participating, please do the following by close of business Friday, August 13th in order that you are included in the final program. Send an email to Jeani Benton (safe@peak.org) with the following (1) a written paragraph of the equipment that you would like to show. This write up will be used to introduce you and your product. (2) Both the Indemnity and Hold Harmless Agreement and the Vendor Agreement. Both of these agreements are attached and participation will not be allowed until these are on file. In addition to SAFE requiring both documents, the hotel will check to make sure they are on file as well. The SAFE office will see that the hotel receives these.
