The SAFE Association brings together government, military, industry, and academic interests across aviation, space, land, and marine safety disciplines to advance the protection of people worldwide.
The SAFE Symposium is a three-day international forum for exchanging technical information, exploring products and services, and showcasing capabilities in vehicle occupant protection and personnel-worn safety equipment.
Industry exhibits, technical paper and panel sessions, workshops, lectures, and product demonstrations connect acquisition and technical leaders from around the world. Attendees also use the event for design reviews, technical interchange meetings, and supplier coordination.

Registration policies
Cancellations & refunds
Exhibitor cancellations or reductions must be received in writing by midnight Eastern on January 26, 2027. A 10% administrative fee applies through the deadline; payments are non-refundable afterward, including sponsorships.
Attendee cancellations must be received in writing by midnight Eastern on February 15, 2027. A 10% administrative fee applies through the deadline; payments are non-refundable afterward.
Military eligibility, badges & photography
Military registration is available to eligible U.S. and foreign personnel assigned to a military organization or installation; qualifying identification is confirmed at check-in.
Badges are non-transferable. Name substitutions may be requested before the event. Photography and recording are limited under SAFE’s event policy.
