SAFE Symposium Attendee Registration Information

• The SAFE Board of Directors extends a cordial invitation for you to join us at the 62nd Annual SAFE Symposium being held October 22-24, 2024, at the Virginia Beach Convention Center in Virginia Beach, VA. This year’s symposium continues our tradition of being the premier forum for professionals, academics, engineers, and industry leaders who join together with the goal of advancing personal safety and protection in air, land, space, and marine environments worldwide.

Cancellation Policy

Attendees Registration: Attendees may cancel their registrations to attend the symposium by submitting written notice to the SAFE Administrator no later than Midnight, Eastern Standard, October 15, 2024. If a registered attendee cancels, SAFE will charge a 10% administrative fee of the total registration rate until Midnight, Eastern Standard Time, October 15, 2024. Symposium attendance cancelled after Midnight, Eastern Standard Time, October 15, 2024, is NOT refundable.
